He holds an MSc and Clinical Specialty in Oral Surgery, as well as a PhD from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and has completed advanced postgraduate training in Periodontics and Implantology at Heidelberg University in Germany.
Based in London, Dr Leventis has performed more than 10,000 successful surgical and implant procedures. His clinical expertise includes dental implants, bone grafting, complex surgical extractions, and advanced tissue regeneration.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Leventis is deeply involved in postgraduate education in the UK and internationally. He delivers courses, lectures, webinars, and one-to-one mentoring for dentists seeking advanced surgical training. He serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the ICE Postgraduate Dental Institute and Hospital in Manchester, where he teaches MSc students in bone grafting and implantology.
A sought-after international speaker, Dr Leventis has lectured in over 30 countries and has published more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific articles. He is a full member of the British Association of Oral Surgeons, and a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
