GDC Number: 258502Dr Elaine qualified from the University of Birmingham Dental School in 2015.
Prior to this, her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science laid the foundations to her studies which she continued in 2016, achieving her diploma and membership to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Before joining Dene Lodge Dental Practice, Elaine furthered her postgraduate training at King’s College Hospital in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, working as a senior house officer. During this time, Elaine gained invaluable experience from dealing with simple tooth extractions to more complex cases involving jaw & facial reconstruction, something which she treasures dearly. She worked alongside leading consultants in the field, opening her eyes to the wider world of dental surgery.
Dr Elaine takes pride in her work and ensures that her patients feel at ease when visiting the practice. Elaine believes in building a partnership with her patients, breaking down any anxieties and working together to create and maintain a healthy mouth. Her warm, empathetic and positive personality ensures lasting relationships are made with her patients. She is committed to developing her skills and enjoys staying active within the dental community to ensure she is always at the forefront of any developments within dentistry. Her style is friendly and approachable. Dr Elaine has a particular interest in oral surgery, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.
Away from teeth, Elaine enjoys travelling when she can, trying new cuisines and all things musical theatre. Her little boy (2 years old) keeps her busy away from the practice but you might catch him running around reception, trying to answer the phones!
