NHS Patient Attendance Information
We are committed to providing NHS dental care. However, due to high demand and limited NHS capacity, we must ensure that our patient list is active and accurate.
Please note: If you do not attend a routine NHS check-up appointment for a consecutive period of 2 years (24 months), you will be removed from our active NHS patient list and will lose your eligibility for NHS treatment at this practice.
We strongly recommend that you follow your dentist’s recommended recall schedule (typically every 6, 9, or 12 months) to maintain your oral health and retain your NHS patient status with us.
