New Telephone System & Patient WI-FI
As part of ongoing investment in Dene Lodge Dental Practice and to ensure the best possible customer service, we have now overhauled our telephony and internet system in order to make it easier for patients to contact us. When calling the practice, you may notice some changes that we feel will improve our ability to communicate with patients and make the patient journey a smoother and more efficient experience.
We are also happy to announce that patient WI-FI is now available whilst attending the practice. Please feel free to access this FREE service while you are onsite.
This has all been implemented as a direct result of feedback from patients and, as ever, we are more than happy to listen to any further feedback you may have.
